I'm very big on balance when it comes to meals. I love to make sure that there's a little bit of everything and that you're feeling nourishing. You're not left craving anything after the meal. So it's so important that you get in enough of that plant protein and I think that's going to be an episode all on its own between Jesse and eyes all the different plant based proteins.
So we'll get into more depth about that. But anything from a sprouted protein powder to Tempe. A to some of the beans and legumes quinoa kale. Those are all sources of protein. So making sure that the meal has that of course, I'm kind of leafy green some kind of complex carbohydrates. It's not it's not like one day you just. Snap your fingers and you're totally doing everything right? It's all about slowly heading towards that goal. So making small changes everyday that are leading towards Better Health and when it comes to food. The best way of doing that is by not taking everything out of your diet that you're currently eating and then trying to figure out all these new healthy recipes and health foods.
It's simply adding things in I think a lot of us people in the health world can agree that by adding healthy things. The unhealthier options that we've been making over the years are going to naturally Fall by the wayside. Would you agree money for sure. You just you start to feel better and you start to feel better about the decisions that you're making and you realize that there's so many Alternatives out there as well to that.
You can replace some of your your comment favorite. It's a burger or ice cream or french fries. All those things can be made healthy and plant-based and I especially that's why I do what I do is teaching Hands-On cooking classes is to actually show people and educate people on how to do that and how to transition or learn some Alternatives that you can make and even again if you're not going to go.
The thruth about ariana grande phone number
Entirely plant-based just had to have some more options at home because people I find for the most part are running out of ideas. They're like, okay, how do I how do I find new ideas for my family or how do I get my kids eating more of this and and people just don't know what to do. So Embrace slowly transition because it's a lifestyle.
It's not a quick fix. It's not a diet. It's not a short-term solution. It's a. Long-term solution, so it's about educating yourself and and finding ways to get inspired because at the end of the day, we want to feel good. We want to feel better. We want to be excited about. While we're eating what we're doing and if you don't if you don't feel good, then it's going to be very hard to get to get there.
So just keep at it and and try and pick up resources books. Listen to podcasts go to cooking classes go to seminars and workshops and and find different ways join support groups or meet other people who are on the same path as you because it's going to be the only one of the only ways it's going to make it stick for the long term.

I think one of the main challenges a lot of people have when they're transitioning to a healthier diet is that they don't know what to do when they're out in social situations whether that be when they're. Out at a family dinner a barbecue say in the summer or when they're trying to go out as a couple or with a group to a restaurant.
So you want to go out on a Friday night and have a nice meal. It's like, okay. So now now I'm going to become socially isolated now that I've embraced such a lifestyle and Marnie and I. Totally been working towards perfecting this over the years and and it's definitely doesn't have to be the case.
Would you agree Mark for sure. It's so important to find how you can incorporate your lifestyle in a very non-invasive way into either other people's worlds like when you're going out for dinner and it does sometimes take time because again, I do find that that is a challenge for a lot of people that I encounter.
